Such Software LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Such Moon Launch application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.

Your Privacy Choices (GDPR/CPRA)

We respect your privacy. When you first open the App, you may see a consent dialog depending on your location:

• EU/UK Users (GDPR): You will be asked to consent before we show personalized ads. You can accept, decline, or manage your preferences.
• California/US Users (CPRA): You will have the option to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

Your choices:

• If you decline consent, we will show non-personalized ads instead
• If you accept, ads may be personalized based on your interests
• You can change your choice at any time in the App settings

Premium Users: If you purchase "Remove Ads," no advertising data is collected and no consent is required.

Desktop Users: The Windows, macOS, and Linux versions of the App do not display ads and collect no advertising data.

Information We Collect

Advertising Data (Mobile & Web Only)

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the mobile (iOS and Android) builds. The browser and desktop builds show no third-party advertising. These services may collect and use data to show you personalized ads. This data may include:

• Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
• IP address
• General location (country/region)
• App usage data

iOS Users: Such Moon Launch does not present an App Tracking Transparency prompt and does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. On iOS, Google AdMob serves only non-personalized advertising; your Advertising Identifier (IDFA) is not accessed.

Google Play Games Services (Android Only)

On Android, the App uses Google Play Games Services for achievements. When you sign in, Google may collect:

• Your Google Play Games profile name and avatar
• Achievement unlock and progress data

This data is managed by Google per their Privacy Policy. Sign-in is automatic on supported devices but you can sign out at any time via Google Play Games settings.

In-App Purchases

If you purchase the "Remove Ads" upgrade, your transaction is processed by:

• Google Play (Android): Google Play Privacy Policy
• Apple App Store (iOS): Apple Privacy Policy

We do not have access to your payment information. We only receive confirmation of your purchase status.

Leaderboards & Cloud Save

If you submit scores to our online leaderboards or use cloud save, we collect:

• Your chosen display name (randomly generated by default, editable)
• Your game scores, star ratings, and level completion times
• A randomly generated anonymous device ID
• Your game save data for cloud backup — upgrades, skins, progress, wallet balance, settings, and the store purchase receipts used to stop a purchase being credited twice
• Your device platform (e.g. "Android", "iOS", "Web")

We do not require or collect your real name, email, or any other personal information to use leaderboards or cloud save. All data is associated with an anonymous device-generated UUID.

Locally Stored Data

The App stores the following data locally on your device:

• Game progress, level completion, star ratings, and best times
• Settings preferences (difficulty, selected skin)
• Upgrade levels, wallet balance, and owned skins
• Premium purchase status (ad removal)
• Death count and lifetime statistics

Cloud save uploads automatically whenever your progress is saved, so this data reaches our servers without a separate action from you. See the next section for the gameplay events we send.

Gameplay Analytics

On every platform, the App sends gameplay events to our own backend at api.such.software. This is automatic rather than opt-in, and it is how we balance level difficulty and find bugs. Each batch is tagged with your anonymous device ID, your display name, and your platform, and contains:

• Levels started and completed, with times, star ratings, and Moonrocks collected
• How a run ended — the cause of death, which hazard, your speed and fuel at the time, and how far through the level you were
• Whether you chose to watch a rewarded ad, shared a score, or saw a rating prompt
• Purchases you start and whether they complete
• Error messages, so we can fix crashes and faults

The mobile builds additionally include Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics), which receives the same anonymous device ID as a user property along with your app version, device model, operating-system version, and language. We do not send Google your real name or email, because the App never asks for them.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

• Display advertisements (unless you purchase "Remove Ads" or use the desktop version)
• Process in-app purchases
• Maintain online leaderboards
• Provide cloud save backup and restore
• Track achievement progress (Android, via Google Play Games)
• Improve the App experience

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect information:

Cryptocurrency

Such Moon Launch is a crypto-themed game. The in-game collectibles (WOW, XMR, BTC, DOGE) are purely virtual game items with no real-world monetary value. The App does not:

• Mine, trade, or transact in any real cryptocurrency
• Connect to any blockchain network
• Store or transmit real cryptocurrency keys or wallets

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

Data Retention

• Advertising data is managed by Google per their retention policies
• Leaderboard and cloud save data is retained indefinitely but can be deleted upon request
• Achievement data is managed by Google Play Games (Android)
• Local data is stored on your device until you uninstall the App

Your Rights

You may:

• Control your consent via the in-app consent dialog (shown on first launch)
• Change your privacy choices at any time via App settings (if available in your region)
• Opt out of personalized ads via your device settings:
  • Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
  • iOS: Personalized ads are already disabled on iOS for this app; no opt-out is required.
• Request deletion of your leaderboard or cloud save data by contacting us
• Remove local data by uninstalling the App

• Request deletion of your data
